Business is Pilates with Paula, I am a Rehab Specialists and also teach Pilates to riders, help correct there posture and alignment and any injuries, spinal, knee, hip, shoulders etc.

 

I run my own Pilates studio with 5 other instructors that work for me in Great Dunmow, I also run mat class and Pilates reformer class and 121's for clients that need more help.

 

I run Workshops and would be happy to come to Cobham to run a workshop for riders if you ever needed to offers this to your riders.

 

My referral's come from word of mouth and haven't got a website, but I do have social media Instagram and Facebook, again I don't post a lot as I super busy. Other referrals from Physios, Doctors, Osteopaths, chiropractors etc. I have teaching over 18 year. Highly Qualified in Pilates Matwork, Reformer and all Pilates equipment on the Trapeze Table, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Chair.
